1. Brand & Responsibility
ROSH™ Company Labs is a digital brand, not an officially registered company. Purchases, activations, and service usage are performed at the client's responsibility. We do not issue tax invoices and operate transparently as a brand and facilitator.
Founded in 2023 and based in Casablanca, Morocco, the brand is owned and led by Redouane and serves clients worldwide.
2. Services & Use
We support clients with digital subscriptions (e.g., Adobe), premium activations, NFC business cards, and IT solutions such as CRM systems and automations.
You are responsible for your account credentials, platform compliance, and password management. Our guidance does not override official platform policies — the rules of each third-party platform always apply to your accounts on that platform.
3. Pricing & Delivery
Prices are communicated clearly in chats or proposals before any commitment. Delivery times may vary depending on the service type and third-party checks.
We may decline service in cases of abuse, fraud, or non-compliance with these Terms.
4. Refunds & Limitations
Most services are digital and personalized; therefore, all sales are generally final. If a technical issue under our control occurs, we will review the case and may propose a remedy at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
Our brand, site content, and materials are protected. Do not copy or resell them without permission. Third-party marks (e.g., Adobe, LinkedIn) belong to their respective owners.
6. Prohibited Use

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ROSH™ Company Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — including data loss, account restrictions, or service interruptions — arising from the use or inability to use our services or third-party platforms.
