PeluYPro is a live online reservation platform we built for a barber studio in Barcelona. Clients book in about 30 seconds with instant confirmation, every appointment syncs to the owner's Google Calendar, and smart scheduling means no two clients ever land in the same slot — so nobody waits.

How does an engagement start?
Most projects begin with a Discovery Sprint (3–5 days, $99 / MAD 990). We clarify goals, constraints, and success metrics, then hand you feasibility notes, user stories, architecture options, and timeline & budget ranges — so the next steps are clear before you commit to a build.
Which tools and platforms do you work with?
API integrations, CRM sync and Odoo setup, webhook flows, and no-code/low-code automations with Zapier and Make. We also build custom web apps, client portals, e-commerce with secure checkout and subscriptions, AI assistants, and NFC business cards.
Do I have to commit to a full build right away?
No. The ladder is staged on purpose: Discovery Sprint → Prototype/POC → Implementation Build → Dedicated Retainer. You can stop, pause, or scale at any stage — the prototype exists precisely so you can validate UX, data flows, and integrations before the full build.
What happens after launch?
